Your agreement with us
These Terms of Service govern your use of Domino Club (“Domino” or the “Service”), including browser practice, online games, accounts, rankings, collections, and social features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. It is a privacy notice; accepting these terms does not provide consent for activities that require separate consent.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by the law where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, you may use Domino only with a parent or guardian’s permission and where local law permits it. A parent or guardian giving permission should review these terms with you.
You must be legally permitted to use the Service. Do not create an account for someone who is ineligible or help someone bypass an account restriction.
Your account
Choose a player name that does not impersonate someone, infringe their rights, or contain abusive or misleading material. Keep your password and connected sign-in accounts secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You can register with a player name and password or use a supported sign-in provider when available. Provider availability depends on that provider. Connect a provider from Settings while signed in if you want to keep your existing Domino account and progress. Accounts are not automatically merged by name or email.
Do not sell, transfer, rent, or share account access. We may request reasonable proof of ownership before helping with an account. We cannot promise recovery if ownership cannot be verified.
Games, rankings & collections
Domino offers practice and online domino games. The rules and settings shown for a mode or match apply to that game. Online moves and results are validated by the server. Ratings and rankings measure in-game performance and may change with results, corrections, or updates to the ranking system.
Resigning, timing out, or remaining disconnected during an active online match can count as a forfeit and affect your rating. Closing a browser tab does not pause an online match. Active games, waiting rooms, and queues may be interrupted or lost during maintenance, outages, or a server restart.
The current Service does not offer purchases, paid entry, cash prizes, wagering, or cash withdrawals. Ratings, rank points, cosmetic selections, and other game progress have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and do not give you ownership of the Service or its assets. Do not use Domino to arrange gambling or wagers.
Features marked as coming soon are not a promise of availability or a release date. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable purchase terms will be shown before you buy.
Fair play & acceptable use
Keep the club welcoming and games fair. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or target other people; publish hateful or unlawful content; or expose someone’s private information.
- Cheat, collude to manipulate rankings, exploit a bug for an unfair advantage, or use unauthorized automation or outside assistance in competitive play. Built-in practice bots are allowed.
- Spam requests or invitations, deceive players, or use the Service for unsolicited advertising.
- Access another account without permission, bypass security or access restrictions, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the Service with abusive traffic.
- Copy, redistribute, sell, or extract game assets without permission, or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
If you discover a bug or security issue, report it using the contact details below. Do not access other players’ information or disrupt their games while investigating.
Your profile & our content
You retain any rights you have in profile material you provide, such as your player name or profile photo. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, and display that material as needed to operate your account and the game’s social features. This permission is limited to providing the Service and lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy. Only provide material you are entitled to share.
Domino’s software, design, branding, artwork, sounds, and game assets belong to us or their respective licensors. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service for its intended recreational purpose. No ownership of those materials is transferred to you. Applicable open-source and third-party licenses remain in effect.
Other players may see your profile and match results through the features described in the Privacy Policy. Share room codes and invitation links thoughtfully.
Third-party services
Optional sign-in providers and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. You choose whether to use them. We do not control their availability, decisions, or independent handling of your information. A provider outage or revoked permission may affect your ability to sign in through that provider.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Domino usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free games, a particular matchmaking time, or permanent availability of any feature. Your device, browser, internet connection, and external providers can affect the experience.
We may update, maintain, replace, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable and any notice required by law. Urgent security, abuse, or legal issues may require immediate action. These terms do not excuse us from obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Leaving or restricting an account
You can stop using Domino at any time. To permanently delete your account, use Settings → Delete account and complete the confirmation. Deletion forfeits any active online match and removes your saved account and progress. Other players retain their results with your name replaced by “Deleted player.” See the Privacy Policy for verification steps and other privacy requests. Signing out, clearing browser data, or revoking a provider’s access does not by itself delete your account.
We may restrict access, remove inappropriate profile material, correct manipulated results, or suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the Service, or comply with law. We will take the circumstances and severity into account and explain the action when appropriate, unless doing so would create a security risk or violate law.
You may contact us to ask for a review of an account restriction. Ending an account does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature continue, including ownership rights, applicable limitations, and rights relating to earlier disputes.
Responsibility & legal protections
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional promises or warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for a failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control where the law permits that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or remedies you may have under the law where you live. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the extent that it is lawful.
Questions & disputes
If you have a concern, contact us with enough information to understand it. We will try to resolve it fairly. Contacting us first is encouraged, but does not prevent you from using a remedy or filing a claim available under applicable law.
Applicable law determines the governing law and courts with jurisdiction over a dispute. These terms do not take away any mandatory protections or right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction. They do not require binding arbitration or a waiver of class-action rights.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. We will publish the revised text and update the date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the Service or another appropriate channel, with notice and agreement where required by law. Changes do not apply retroactively to an existing dispute unless the law requires it or you expressly agree.
If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the Service. You may request account deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy.

For privacy requests or questions about these terms, contact the operator of Domino Club. Include your player name and the nature of your request. Never send your password, a sign-in code, or a session token.
